Sheikh Sadiq is the Founding Partner of ALT Technology. He is a dynamic Information Systems executive with over 20 years of diversified experience in managing Information Systems across multiple industry settings. Upon completing a degree in mechanical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Sadiq pursued his passion in delivering IT solutions. As a keen observer of emerging trends, he came to realize the crucial role of IT infrastructure in shaping the growth pattern of most major industries and sectors. In 2000, he started his own company. Keeping pace with the changes in technology, he adhered to the adage, ‘IT never sleeps and technology changes overnight’, to personally oversee the growth of his company outside the United States. His portfolio has quickly expanded with a range of diversified clientele from sectors including healthcare, education, real estate, sports, entertainment, banking and hospitality.
Valentina Bukhanova is the Project Manager for ALT Technology in Dubai and has been with the firm from its’ very beginning. Playing a pivotal role in the success of every venture undertaken by ALT, Valentina aids in the evolution of the concept, hand picks the project teams, and guides them through to completion. Her expertise in finding and cultivating the right talent for the task is what makes Valentina an effective Project Manager. Valentina has over five years of experience in HR and project management and it is her pioneering leadership that ensures the smooth progress of the enterprise, from development to handover.
